Almatec Maschinenbau GmbH, the part of the Pump Solutions Group (PSG), is a premium manufacturer of air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pumps with a leading position in the German and Western European markets.

Since its foundation in 1984 Almatec has established its reputation in the field of pneumatic diaphragm pumps worldwide due to superior product quality and many trend-setting developments. All parts of the Alma pumps are made only in Germany.

The metal-free, pneumatically pilot-operated PERSWING P air control system ensures accurate reversal of the main piston and is characterized by low noise levels. Only two moving parts ensure that there is absolutely no dead center. It does not require maintenance, operates without any lubrication whatsoever and is made up of no more than four different parts. The complete cartridge can be replaced easily. PERSWING P® is a precision control system and therefore requires clean, oil-free compressed air to ensure its optimal function.

Almatec plastic pumps is characterized by strong housing, made of PE (polyethylene) or PTFE (Polytetrafluorethylen), with the ability to withstand the pressure inside the pumps. Sophisticated hydraulic construction eliminates the need for external metal parts used in the construction of other pumps. Thanks to modern technology, the machining of a solid block of plastic is very economical.

There are only the best-in-class diaphragms are used in Almatec pumps construction. It provides maximal productivity and easy cleaning. Special construction of Almatec diaphragms provides simple assembling, reducing of air consumption and optimizing of its productivity.
